We at North Market Chiropractic have a commitment to providing the highest quality chiropractic care possible.  To maintain this commitment we have added a new hi-tech analytical instrument to our office so that we may better serve our patients.  It is called a computerized Paraspinal Surface Electromyography System, abbreviated SEMG.  It is a painless, non-invasive test that can help characterize abnormal activity of muscles surrounding the spine.  This can be associated with subluxation or other forms of spinal dysfunction.   Many times subluxations do not create pain or discomfort until they have progressed to an advanced state.  The SEMG helps us to detect these problems before they become symptomatic.
